Timothy E. Benedetto, Esq., is a distinguished Workers’ Compensation attorney partner at Workers’ Compensation, LLC.

 

With a dedication to the advocacy of injured workers, Tim Benedetto has garnered a wealth of experience navigating the complexities of both the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act (LWCA) and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA).

Tim is a proud alumnus of the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law in May 2016. Tim is a New Orleans native with strong family ties to Acadiana. He went to Brother Martin High School.

Tim Benedetto advocates for all Louisiana workers, serving as the Co-chairman of the Legislative Task Force at the Louisiana Workers’ Advocates and membership in the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG).

His commitment and contributions have not gone unnoticed. He has received prestigious awards, including being one of two recipients of the 2022 national Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) scholarship sponsored by MASSIVE: Medical and Subrogation Specialist, and the 2023 Louisiana Workers’ Advocates Exemplary Leadership Award. Further solidifying his standing in the legal community, Tim Benedetto has been recognized as one of Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG)’s 2023 Nation’s Top Injured Workers’ Attorneys.
